In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Expectations & Payment to Guest Worship / Guest Worship Leaders: By contracting with Guest Worship, we expect you to provide us with the correct version of the songs you will be playing on any scheduled date.  If we are scheduling this area for you then this does not apply.  If we are providing this service, please supply a list of 15-20 songs that are popular within your congregation. Fee to be paid to Guest Worship for booking services rendered will be 20% of the amount that is to be paid to the Guest Worship Leader and this is in addition to that amount agreed upon. 5% of that will be donated to I Matter Too, a charitable non-profit that helps orphans through a faith based tutoring and mentoring program. You can see more details on our preferred charity at Direct payment will be made to the Guest Worship Leader immediately after the service or event via check and Guest Worship will follow up the next day to assure proper service was provided. All check payments to Guest Worship should be made out to Guest Worship and completed checks will be faxed to 443-926-9131 to be drafted via ACH. Amount is to be determined and agreed upon prior to the scheduled date of service.

Service Disclaimer:  By contracting with Guest Worship, you are agreeing to allow services provided through a local network Worship Leader.  We ask that you schedule the musicians we provide only through Guest Worship.  There will be no instances where the scheduling should be run directly through the musician, until after the initial 3 month trial period.

Non-Compete:  I agree not to compete with Guest Worship in the practice of providing similar services (i.e. supporting churches by providing guest worship leaders and musicians) while partnering with Guest Worship and for a period of one year after termination of my partnership with Guest Worship.  I understand that the Guest Worship artists are provided on the good faith that I will not try to recruit the artists to become a direct contact with my church. I concede that all scheduling will go directly through Guest Worship. I understand that if an artist decides to continue a partnership with my church, on a strictly volunteer basis, I am not in breech of the non-compete clause.  I do however agree to notify Guest Worship immediately upon consideration of this option.  Guest Worship does not wish to inhibit or deter the work of the Holy Spirit in the artist or church, but we do value the significance of the Network. Guest Worship will release the artist to my Church at their discretion if all parties agree that artist and Church are a good fit, after a period of 3 months.  For purposes of this covenant not to compete, competition is defined as soliciting or accepting employment by, or rendering professional services to any person or organization that is or was a partner of Guest Worship during the term of your contract with Guest Worship.
